About the Crew
Create Dev Crew is a full-service web development and graphic design company. We’re locally based in Germantown, Tennessee and has been providing the Greater Memphis area with our expertise for over 15 years and counting! We offer a wide range of services–branding for both enterprise and small business clients to website development, search engine optimization, and database design for your applications and needs.
Spearheading the ‘Crew is the dynamic duo–Tony and Catherine Cupido. They form a dream team of graphic and web design, backed with years of experience and lots of awesome projects to show for it. Together they can tackle any project or need you may have!
Tony Cupido Jr.
Website Developer
With his years of freelance web experience, Tony Cupido began Create Dev Crew, formerly known as “TonyCTech”—a website development small business in Memphis in 2016. He graduated from the University of Memphis earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Was assistant to Webmaster at Southern Bride Magazine. He serves as the Web Content Strategist for the University of Memphis, and also manages the online presence for multiple companies and individuals in the Greater Memphis region and beyond.
Tony’s main focuses involve creating and maintaining websites for small businesses and organizations, providing creative solutions to specific web needs, and working on applications for efficiency. Tony is a growing entrepreneur who believes in the design-first approach to building and planning with clients. This approach ensures everyone is speaking the same language and is what makes Create Dev Crew successful in maintaining healthy business relationships.
Aside from all things web, Tony also has a background in Fine Arts and Music, giving him an edge in the scope of design. He’s painted multi-wall murals, worked on public sculptures and enjoys singing in the choir at his church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help with his wife Catherine Cupido. The pair have known each other for a decade, and been happily married since 2021!
Catherine Cupido
Graphic Designer and Illustrator
Catherine Cupido (or Cat) is a native Memphian who is a professional artist, illustrator, graphic designer, and all-around creative. She loves to create, and dabbles in a little bit of everything from traditional fine art media, to digital media and even animation.
She graduated from the University of Memphis at the top of her class in 2017 and serves as a Senior Graphic Designer for the University of Memphis’ Marketing and Communication department, where she primarily focuses on Memphis Athletics.
Catherine is a published professional and regularly does a variety of commissioned work. Being highly skilled in a wide range of media, she approaches her work from a unique angle and can solve any creative problem put in front of her. Past projects have included (but are not limited to) multi-wall murals, sculpture painting, comic books, animated theatrical scenery, mascot design, and even fully custom plush figures.
Catherine’s work has been featured in magazines and she has several local ADDY awards for her designs. You can find her work all across the city in both fine art and graphic design form
In her spare time, Catherine is usually sewing handmades, making tshirts, drawing or singing at her church. She’s always up to some project! Tony is the love of her life and they’ve enjoyed over a decade as best friends and partners, being married in 2021.
